The Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) was founded in September 1995. DATIA is a non-profit association made up of over 1100 drug and alcohol testing providers.

DATIA certification requires our employees to have continuing education and refresher training on a yearly basis.

DATIA was formed by industry professionals who saw the need for a coordinated voice on matters of interest and concern to the drug and alcohol testing industry. DATIA provides members with information on the latest related government laws and regulations, standards of professionalism, and equipment.

DATIA serves as a primary source for information on drug and alcohol testing service and product providers. DATIA also works closely with drug free workplace industries on common interests and concerns.
